Returns & Cancellation

Written for UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015). Your statutory rights are unaffected by anything below.

Your right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise it, contact us using the email in the footer with your order number.

If you cancel, return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us. We'll refund the full price plus standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof of postage). Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered.

Our products are printed to order but are not personalised, so this right applies to them in full.

Digital downloads

Download links are delivered as soon as payment clears. By completing checkout for a digital product you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right does not apply once the download has started. If a file is corrupt or not as described, contact us and we will replace it or refund you.

Faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right: a replacement or a full refund including return postage.

Sizing

Garments are printed to order in the size you choose. Size charts are the manufacturer's standard sizes (Bella + Canvas 3001 for tees, Gildan heavy blend for hoodies). If a garment doesn't fit, you can still return it under the 14-day right above.
