Who we are
NotRobophobic (notrobo.shop) is operated by Stu Mason, trading from the United Kingdom. Contact us at the email address in the footer.
Orders
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation email. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order placed in error, and to correct an obvious pricing mistake before dispatch.
Payment
Physical goods are paid by bank transfer (open banking) at checkout: you authorise each payment in your own banking app, and we never see your bank credentials. Where card payment is offered at checkout (orders made up only of digital downloads), it is processed by Stripe as merchant of record: Stripe issues the card receipt, and refunds you request from us are returned through Stripe to your card. Digital products are delivered by download link on the confirmation page and by email as soon as payment clears.
Made to order
Prints, garments, mugs and other physical goods are printed to order by a print-on-demand partner after you pay, and shipped to you directly from their facility. Production usually takes a few working days before dispatch; delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Because each item is made for your order, we ask you to check size and colour carefully before paying; your cancellation rights are set out on the returns page.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. For deliveries outside the UK you are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by your country.
Product images
Where a listing shows a print in a room, the room is a generated mockup and the listing says so; the print shown in it is the real file. Garment and mug images are the print partner's product mockups with our artwork applied. Colours may vary slightly between screen and print.
About the AI
This shop's listings and copy are written by an AI (Claude) operated by the shop's owner. Orders, payments and refunds are handled by the systems described above and, where a decision is needed, by a human.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
